1966	VERMOREL takeover
1987	EXEL Industries Group created by Patrick Ballu EXEL gsa created following Tecnoma Technologies' takeover of Berthoud. EXEL gsa's mission was to manage the EXEL Industries Group's mass consumption activities.
	The BERTHOUD Group and CARUELLE, Nicolas SEGUIP and THOMAS were integrated. EXEL became world leader in plant protection.
1990	Takeover of LOISEAU and PRERICULTURE
1991	Takeover of RCM Exel gsa became the only French manufacturer of garden sprayers, with 5 trademarks to manage in the same field: BERTHOUD, TECNOMA, PERRAS, RCM and LASER INDUSTRIE. French market leader, EXEL gsa also had a high profile on European markets.
1996	Takeover of the KREMLIN Group, leader in materials protection (paint sprays…)
1997	110th anniversary of the Exel Industries Group Insertion in the unlisted securities market on the Paris Stock Exchange First billion franc turnover milestone passed.
